Take your time, and clean nipples/pumps before you start pumping.... then you have no infections later, use sterile creme for lubing

I like to use the pumps that have the rubber rings. I suck the nipple and areola up into the pump, then slide the ring off. The nipple and areola become one big nipple. So sensitive.
